Repositioning an e-commerce brand to better define its target, messaging and overall look and feel.

A robust Discovery process, including consumer research, provided insights for repositioning ProFresh – a brand that has been around for over 30 years. With research indicating that chronic bad breath is a challenge for millennials and boomers alike, the brand needed to strengthen its position and messaging, and refresh its appeal to engage with this broad audience.

The new sans-serif logo emphasizes the brand’s professional and science-based positioning. A dark green color (peacock) emphasizes the professional heritage of the brand, which is then balanced by a mint green color which reinforces the product’s primary end benefit. Coral and Indigo secondary colors are used throughout all applications to heighten user experience.  The new overall look and feel has been adapted to all touch points including packaging, website, collateral and social and digital media.
